Publisher
reserves the right to reject, omit or discontinue any ad copy
considered to be objectionable or contrary to the teachings
of the Roman Catholic Church. |

All copy is subject
to the approval of the publisher. |

Publisher reserves
the right to insert the word “advertisement” above
or below any copy. |
| • |
We reserve the right
to adjust advertising rates at any time upon 30 days written
notice. |
| • |
The advertiser or
its agency may not cancel or make changes in orders after the
reservation closing date. |
| • |
Positioning of advertisements
is at the discretion of the publisher except where a request
for a specific preferred position is acknowledged by the publisher
in writing. |

| Billing &

Invoices
are mailed within 10 days after the magazine is published. |
| • |
Payment terms are
net due upon receipt. |

our printer to review your insert to ensure that it meets insert
specifications. |

Approved preprinted
inserts should be sent to: Hartley Press, Inc., Attention Cindy

| Printing Specifications |
| • |
Acceptable
file format: PDF with embedded fonts is preferred (set distiller
to “Press quality”). |
| • |
Ads can also be accepted
in EPS, Quark Xpress, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
files. These files must include true type fonts and art. |
| • |
All ads must be exact
size at 100%, 300 dpi; see sizes on rate sheet. |
| • |
Bleed Allowance: We
do allow for bleed on full-page ads only. Our page size is 8.5”x10.75”.
This will be the live size of the ad. If you wish for the ad
to bleed, please allow for a quarter inch all the way around
(make the file sent to us 9”x11.25”). If you do
not wish for the ad to bleed, we ask you to size the ad 8”x10.25”. |
